I'm a self-learner, keep

T-Mobile is all about our customers
and make sure that they
have service all the time.
And what I set up is power apps,
so even when crisis occur,
we learn about that crisis
and develop lessons learned
and root-cause analysis.
And we have totally reduced the number
of outages and degradations.
I'm glad that I can keep
helping people connected
and make sure that we maintain
our network up for everybody.
I like that about power apps.
I could just create the
app, create the flows,
and deploy it and then,
I can do it myself.
It just completely fit with my lifestyle.
