In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, you can use a work breakdown structure (WBS) to organize and prioritize tasks for a project. In a WBS, you create a hierarchy of tasks that represents the project team’s understanding of the composition of work, and the size, cost, and duration of each component or task. This white paper describes how to create and maintain a WBS, and how to create a WBS template that you can use for similar projects.
