We’re excited to announce that Claude Sonnet 4.5 – Anthropic’s latest and most capable model – is rolling out today in Microsoft Copilot Studio. This builds on last week’s announcement and our commitment to bring the best AI innovation from across the industry to Microsoft 365 Copilot, tuned for work and tailored to your business needs.
Claude Sonnet 4.5 will replace Claude Sonnet 4 in Copilot Studio and can be chosen for orchestration. Availability from prompt builder will arrive later in October. If you have already opted into using Anthropic models in your tenant, there’s no action required. Otherwise, you can get started by enabling access in the Microsoft Admin Center (MAC).
