Fret not, if you havent seen this problem, this post isnt for you!<\/p>\n<p>For those of you who have had the problem of logging into the Flow Portal and being taken to the Following page:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"837\" src=\"https:\/\/czyurg-dm2306.files.1drv.com\/y4mscKT7zP1M0PKK-3mN1Bn6WvjO4_tKpj6SfoM077qFOdYuF_wyMeoXVzx3O2x_givJNNH02M6VOc0gbpiG0qCHACTUe0FpKDLlToSkUPvTXEeRLt41dDq5sJi_IaCCwkJkIge3ELkN4o5vVWRNZYMysMmUdivqhhp33t0g7JOp4sg79P7__Ri2UCCg_ySCFWgRVhOjyKoPzh-7Y16uQzPdQ?width=1548&amp;height=837&amp;cropmode=none\" width=\"1548\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">While on that page, check the url. You are facing the issue this post describes if the url looks something like this:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/flow.microsoft.com\/AuthenticationFailed\/?message=AADSTS50001%3a+Resource+%27https%3a%2f%2fservice.flow.microsoft.com%2f%27+is+disabled\"><u>https:\/\/flow.microsoft.com\/AuthenticationFailed\/?message=AADSTS50001%3a+Resource+%27https%3a%2f%2fservice.flow.microsoft.com%2f%27+is+disabled<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">As the url suggests, the issue is that Flow is disabled in your tenant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">Follow these steps to unblock login for all users in your tenant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">The Solution:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 48px; text-indent: -0.25in;\">0.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Note the following steps can only be conducted by your tenant admin. This is the application id for the Flow service.\u00a0You may need to select (all applications) under the show dropdown<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"313\" src=\"https:\/\/pqq7ua-dm2306.files.1drv.com\/y4mENtCZm2z_hWqiUEIt7vP4xxaYhzXyzUFq11I8AwSh7cvpBv0Gor29rp52MyqjRm-NZCVwCFJkg1f3o8fbUmUoV7Qlk7SAe96rZYOuayI6tAz3sHcxEHLvxfUVF-kGc6sbB9KJYgoZYWKjhpbkjpDJ908-WMeua3_eonZxZXoF1KbHYZYzWEo2_DdJ-ldI7Pf-u_DYafmTii7Td8Tgl25hw?width=1091&amp;height=313&amp;cropmode=none\" width=\"1091\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 48px; text-indent: -0.25in;\">5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Click into the Microsoft Flow Service application and open \u201cProperties\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 48px; text-indent: -0.25in;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px 48px; text-indent: -0.25in;\">6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that \u201cEnabled for users to sign-in?\u201d is set to Yes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"270\" src=\"https:\/\/m5hzma-dm2306.files.1drv.com\/y4mYcoxJyeJh-s7dp_fo3kGY_PmfFXh06o9vDhU3x0oVgB0Z9zKfIA8pe2IkXFV080Ohmqm3LE4f8GaG1O3buW6NRwScqozJbiAGekkEasjTVVUwMCxu5MYgA1ADLfU1asS8g2puBJgkoXLDYuSiwBGFr6vTBJ_jjS7t3FaaYp5UlwtyyYgOv_VubONY6bvwMM5_2drf51ZUCb7c1Bj_oeXLQ?width=973&amp;height=270&amp;cropmode=none\" width=\"973\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px 48px; text-indent: -0.25in;\">7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Click \u201cSave\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">With that change, all users should again be able to log into the Flow portal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\"><strong>The cause:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">For those interested in the underlying cause of this issue, please read on.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">This login issue surfaces after the last Flow license (or Office licenses which include Flow) expires in your tenant. The default behavior in Azure Active Directory when the last license for an application in a tenant expires is to disable that application in that tenant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">This is good behavior for the majority of applications which require a license to use. Of course, Flow doesn\u2019t require a license to use our free features, so we\u2019re a rare exception to this rule.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 11px;\">We\u2019re currently working with AAD to give applications the ability to toggle this behavior, but in the meantime the steps outlined in this post are the main way to continue using Flow once your licenses expire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:
