Position Title: PM Intern for Social Computing Group Job Type: Full-time Intern Number of Openings: 1 Location: Beijing Group Introduction: The Social Computing Group at Microsoft Research Asia is driving interdisciplinary research on aligning large language models (LLMs) with human values. The team aims to define, evaluate, and align model values with human values through the Value Compass initiative. More information can be found at https://valuecompass.github.io/#/. Job Responsibilities:
  1. Demo Project Management: Support the development of two core demos by tracking project progress, coordinating between researchers, designers, and developers, and assisting in feature optimization.
  2. Value Compass Website Maintenance: Regularly update the project homepage (https://valuecompass.github.io/) to reflect the latest research outcomes and enhance project visibility.
Qualifications:
  1. Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or other related fields.
  2. Familiarity with AI and LLM-related products (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Wenxin Yiyan, etc.).
  3. Quick learning ability.
  4. Proficiency in using English as a working language.
  5. Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
  6. Written consent from your academic advisor.
  7. Preference for candidates who can work onsite in Beijing.

  1. Demo项目管理：协助推动两个核心Demo的开发，具体包括把控Demo项目的进度；协助研究员对接设计团队、开发团队；辅助优化Demo功能等；
  2. Value Compass主页维护 (https://valuecompass.github.io/)：动态更新项目主页内容，使其与我们的最新研究成果保持同步，从而扩大项目影响力。
任职要求：
  1. 信息系统管理、工业设计、人机交互或其他相关专业，硕士。
  2. 对人工智能及大模型相关产品（如ChatGPT、Claude、文心一言等）有一定了解。
  3. 快速学习能力
  4. 可以熟练使用英文作为工作语言
  5. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
  6. 能得到导师的书面同意
  7. 北京线下办公者优先
