- Participate in automated data collection and synthesis tasks.

- Experience in large model development with a basic understanding of model fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
- Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, with strong programming skills (proficient in Python).
- Proficiency in English for technical communication and documentation reading.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a sense of responsibility; highly self-motivated and able to quickly engage in project work under mentor guidance.
