Position Title: Research Intern for Visual Computing Group Job Type: Full-time Intern Number of Openings: 3-5 Location: Beijing/Shanghai Group Introduction: The Visual Computing Group at Microsoft Research Asia is dedicated to fundamental research on generative models, advancing the development and exploration of the next generation of visual generative models. The team’s current research directions include multi-layer visual content generation, test-time scaling in visual generation tasks, the integration of understanding and generating commercial images (e.g., PPT), interactive design in visual generative models, and post-training of visual generative models. Relevant research outputs have the opportunity to be not only published at CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS but also applied in Microsoft’s M365 Copilot and Windows Copilot. Job Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in the research and development of algorithms to drive technological innovation.
  2. Design and implement models to solve real-world problems and improve performance.
  3. Conduct data analysis, model optimization, and deployment to enhance application effectiveness and stability.
  4. Improve existing code and optimize performance.
Qualifications:
  1. Ensure that you can dedicate the majority of your effort during the internship.
  1. Proficient in using Diffuser generative model-related libraries with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
  1. Excellent programming skills or relevant project experience.
  2. Quick learning ability.
  3. Proficiency in using English as a working language.
  4. Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
  5. Written consent from your academic advisor.

  6. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
  7. 能得到导师的书面同意
