Working with Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program member Onyx Data, Elcome deployed Microsoft Fabric—including the Real-Time Intelligence, real-time hub, and data activator features—along with Copilot to build Welcome, an industry-first, ISP-grade monitoring and management platform that is scalable, flexible, and future-proof. Development took only a few months—the company estimates it would have required years with its previous systems. Elcome relies on the end-to-end cloud analytics capabilities of Fabric to easily understand and act on high-volume, high-granularity events in real time with fewer resources. 

Using data activator, the company can easily recognize and understand data changes to business-critical workloads and environments. With Azure providing security and performance, Elcome engineers can focus on customer satisfaction without extensive data science training, helping them drive innovation and ensure Elcome meets its goal of being a technology pioneer.
