Ritabrata Maiti

My name is Ritabrata Maiti. I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in Microsoft M365 Research. I received my PhD at the College of Computing and Data Science, Nanyang Technological University (opens in new tab) (Singapore), advised by Prof. A. S. Madhukumar (opens in new tab) and Dr. Tan Zheng Hui Ernest (opens in new tab). My research interests span machine learning for resource allocation and optimization, with an emphasis on Industrial IoT (IIoT) and wireless networks, including deep learning and reinforcement learning (supervised/unsupervised and multi-agent settings). At Microsoft, I work on agentic feedback-loop systems that learn from external signals to produce traceable, validated improvements to engineering knowledge assets used in large-scale code transformation workflows.
