Freelancers in the Enterprise

Recently there has been a marked rise in corporations using freelance platforms to hire on-demand workers because of the apparent benefits in the cost and speed of getting work done. Microsoft is establishing itself as a leader in linking the gig economy to corporate needs (opens in new tab).
